She is congratulating you with her whole heart on your birthday and saying in the last 15 years that she has know you that you have become her friend , sister and soul mate . She thanks you for being there through the dark times and thanks you for all of the fun times you have had together . Have two families become one .
She looks forward to seeing you soon .

What a lovely card. My Dutch is better than my German but it pretty much reads as follows:
