What a lovely card. My Dutch is better than my German but it pretty much reads as follows:

"Darling Rachel

To your 50th. Heartfelt congratulations (best wishes) on your birthday.

This year we've known each other for 15 years and in that time you've been my friend, my sister and my soulmate.

Thank you also for always being there in the dark times

I thank you for all the fun we've always had.

It's to your credit that our two families are as one.
