How to get Spanish t.v

I'm in the UK and wondered if anyone knows any way that I can watch Spanish t.v programmes here.?

I've been learning for a while and can understand a fair amount but feel I need to expose myself more to the language.

I'm pretty sure sites like this one worked for me last time I was in the UK.
