Could you translate this for me? It was written in a thank you card from an intern at work :)

Yes as TheoriginalMrsDarcy posted, it basically means "hope you get everything your heart desires".

A more literal translation for this Chinese phrase would be: "Whatever you desired, you will get it achieved / accomplished". It's good wish to you. :-)
