Duolingo! what level does it go up to?

I'm on level 8 of the language I'm learning and it's quite motivating. I set myself targets to get to the next level by a certain date. I used to do babbel and I find this (free!) format is good.

Anybody else using duolingo and is it good do you think? My other language is Spanish and funnily enough I can't get past level 8 when I test myself as I make 'mistakes' like I say pilas and coche and techo instead of the south american word they are looking for. So, no short cuts!

This is what I found on the duolingo website:

"You reach new levels once you accumulate the necessary number of skill points for each level. There are currently 25 levels, and you can always see how close you are to reaching the next level on your Home page."

Thank you for the replies!

25 levels, quite a few to go then. I want to get to 25 (one day)
