Because they use it in the Guardian but I have never seen it before, and it looks like a made up word (neolism?).

It's a perfectly cromulent word.

Bush was widely mocked for using this in a speech. We now say 'ensmallen' at home all the time.

Cromulent is a made up word for made up words, right?
