have just read twilight. is it wrong to fall in lust with what is essentially a 17 year old?

so i've just read twilight. has gone straight to the top of my fave reads.

is it wrong to fancy a fictional character. especially one that is supposed to be 17. Edward is hot and yes I am a 32 mother of three.

I don't think anyone is pretending that they are great works of literature. A little bit of escapism is always nice though.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about with Edward.

I must say MamaG there was a point when I was wanting her to cop off with Jacob, but couldn't see how it would work with the storyline seing as the whole thing hinges on how she is soooooo in love with Edward.

Personally it didn't do a lot for me with the descriptions of him being cold and marble like. Can't imagine finding that attractive....
