Help me find a version of The Mikado…

When I was a teenager, so mid 1990s, I loved a version of The Mikado which was shown on BBC2. The Lord High Executioner got out of his magnificent costume and showed him to be a thin little weedy man. He sang a very funny, of its time, version of Little List - including a line about trains not going due to the wrong kind of snow.

It’s the sort of thing you’d expect to find on YouTube but I just can’t. Can anyone help find it?

Was it the one where they were in black and white costumes, kind of 1920s style?
