Recommendations for theatre in London this week?

I kind of fancy an afternoon/evening in London at some point soon, maybe taking in a show if I can find affordable tickets. Not quite sure what I want to see. I have heard good things about musicals like Into The Woods and Hadestown (never seen/heard of either of them), and plays like Inter Alia, Shadowlands, Witness for the Proscution. I haven't looked into what tickets might be available for any of them, maybe rush tickets, so that might decide for me. I like both musicals and plays, will be going by myself so not really wanting something that's best for a laugh with a group of friends.

anyone have strong views of any of these? or other recommendations? (If I don't manage to do it this week, it will be another time in the next month or so, but that would probably mean a Sat/Sun, which might make it harder to get tickets)

I recently enjoyed the unlikely pilgrimage of Harold fry. I walked up and got a ticket 25 minutes before show, much reduced from face value.

On the theatre thread Into the Woods is getting mixed reviews. Hadestown also seems a bit marmite - and the theatre it's in means the affordable seats have seriously restricted views.

Back to the Future is closing very soon so might not have tickets left but I thought it was fantastic.

Devil Wears Prada is harmless fun if you like Elton John's music style and can get affordable tickets.

Witness For The Prosecution is fantastic, and such a unique venue.
There are frequently reduced price tickets on the day.

I’ve seen Harold Fry and it was excellent much better than I anticipated. like a pp I got a last minute great bargain ticket.
I also saw Shadowlands and found it very moving in parts.
I’m looking for inspiration for an evening in mid May

thanks for the view so far.

I'll look up some of the others that have been mentioned.

I just heard from a couple I know who went to Hadestown - he loved it, she hated it, so sounds like marmite indeed (and they tend to like the same things usually, which is surprising!).
