Lion king at the lyceum

Hi, I was lucky enough to get half price tickets for lion king at the lyceum and am now trying to work out the practical side of things. It's on a school night and we have a 2/3 hour journey home so need to make sure we are able to get out of London in time. I know the run time is advertised as two and a half hours so should finish at 10 but I was wondering how accurate this is? Does it often run over? Also does it take ages to get of the building at the end? If anyone has been and can offer any insight that would be great

It runs to time. You can be out of the theatre in 5 mins.

Only just seen this but thought I would comment in case anyone wants to know for the future. A family member used to work there and it often did not run to time partly due to ancient stage machinery breaking down and causing show stops/delayed starts!
