Just wondering if anyone has recommendations?

We have been hard at it and so far seen five shows, booked for another three tomorrow. And it’s so hot out there.. What else should we try to pack in?

Rouge is amazing - I follow them on Facebook and I think they are there at the moment. Really fun show, I loved it.

Hello Festival People!

I have been to a few but my top recommendation so far is Tom Brace. Insanely good magic and very fun.

Loved MC Hammersmith but er quite unsuitable for families unless you are OK with a lot of swearing, motherfucking shaggers.

The Man Who Thought He Knew Too Much was also fun. Probably best for teens and up - it’s not a kids show, we loved it though.

I have to tell you all about Tim Crosbie Nerds Eye View. It was sooo good. Recommend for all ages 7 and up. The adults might have loved it the most.

I'm going for the day tommorow with two DC's (7 and 10). We have tickets for three of the "free" kids shows at the Three Sisters.
Then we'll have a little walk up and down the main drag, check out some street performers, have a go on the ferris wheel and grab a bag of chips :)
I'm super excited.

Notflix at the Patter House- similar to Showstoppers

Leeds tealights was fun at The Caves

Afghanistan Is Not Funny at Gilded Balloon- very powerful and surprisingly funny in places

Mark Watson at Pleasance- hilarious

Kuan-wen Huang is one to watch, he's doing Comedy With An Accent and a few other shows I think

Have a great time! We've just got back from 5 days and need to lie down and recover!

Dark Room is really good fun if you remember text based computer games from the 1980s.

Alan Turing the Musical was dire but I think it's finished its run now.
