I want to do a Cat Stevens song, but I am worrying that they might sound a bit tuneless when anyone other than Cat Stevens sings them

I need something nice and low and lovely to sing

dp needs not too hard guitar accompaniment for which we can find the chords online

I agree with Franny! - mellow, chilled, can get involved, or just sit back with a beer and listen. Camp fires, lots of friendly faces, great for children and adults alike...

In fact, last folk festival I went to, there were mostly younger people!

millie99 · 10/06/2007 22:41

Fire and rain by James Taylor is lovely and is low (I think)

wrinklytum · 10/06/2007 22:54

Actually,Franny most people will just be so chilled out on all that real ale that they will not care if you are a few notes/chords astray,so do not worry

Went to Beverley Folk festival as young whippersnapper and thoroughly enjoyed it for the craic
