I find the following brilliant for the treadmill:
Blink 182, Bush, Foo Fighters, Rage against the Machine

Prodgidy and the Chemical brothers are great for keeping your energy up. I also listen to the Chilis, The strokes and The Kaiser Chiefs when i'm working out.
