I teach piano to children and would love to know if anyone plays the piano. What do you like playing? I love the Nocturnes by Chopin and Piano Sonatas/concertos by Mozart.

Hi, I teach piano and keyboard. My yongest student is 5 and my eldest is 75. I love playing Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Debussy, Ravel, Grieg, Rakhmaninoff, Scriabin. I also like palying music from films, jazz, blues and rock. I also compose instrumental and vocal music. Teaching the piano is wonderful. I love sharing what I know and it's so wonderful to see the students doing well and often smiling while playing. In our busy time we have to learn to accept shorter practice then it used to be in lod times when people were not distracted by computers. I teach my students how to achieve more in a shorter space of time.

I teach too and my favourites to play are: Ginastera, Grainger, Messiaen, Couperin, Rameau and Scarlatti. There's more on the list but these are my current favourites!
