I've just been to see Glasgow Girls tonight and it was fabulous. It's a new musical based on the true story of a group of asylum seekers in scotland who led a campaign to save on one of their friends from deportation.
Went with friends and took my daughter and we all really enjoyed it. songs were great and dancing amazing. It's on Theatre Royal stratford.
It had a fantastic message about standing up and being counted and tackles the myths about asylum seekers.
