it looks wonderfully life-affirming. The camaraderie between women. I have seen the trailer and caught a couple of reviews. Does anyone know anything more about the film.

Yes it does look like a laugh also. I spoke to a movie critic on twitter who reviewed it, he said it's a lot like Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (which I loved).

Interestingly the movie is extremely popular in Arabic countries despite the potentially touchy subject - just proves laides like a laugh all around the world ;)

I've seen the director's other film, Caramel, and really enjoyed it. I have got a ticket to the screening tonight, will let you know how I found it.

:) what a film! Went to the screening last night and honestly it was one of the best films I've ever seen, loved it. Funny, heartwarming and moving. GO!
