If you're going in summer, check out the Kids Week in West End. They don't have dates yet but it's brilliant (normally Aug) www.kidsweek.co.uk/

The absolute best kids/sdults fun musical at the mo is Matilda but I don't know if it'll still be on by next year - runs are between 3-6 months unless you want Phantom/Les Mis/Woman in Black.

Oh hang on... you weren't asking about kids, were you? Blush

What I said about theatre runs stands - I think you'd be better off worrying about this a bit closer to the time. The big boys will all still be running but you'll also get a host of new musicals. This is a good website:

And of course Phantom/Les Mis/Blood Brothers are all very good, which is why they're still running Wink

thanks! I know am a bit premature but thought booking hotel and tickets now would be cheaper. Want to book hotel early as always busy in summer and olympics start only a few weeks after.

oh god yes, don't even think about trying to book a hotel for the Olympic period.

You can get good hotel deals now - that's def worth looking at.
