Can anyone please recommend good websites for writers?

What I am looking for are websites with tips and discussions- a bit like mumsnet, but for writers!

Any writers out ther who could help please?

I am researching that myself. Here is one I found that is good. www.bbc.co.uk/dna/getwriting Alot of them are just trying to sell stuff.
