I have the opportunity to go to see either one of these comics as a friend wants to buy me and DH tickets for a present. I don't really know either of them. Has anyone seen them live?

Saw rdh and took friends as a treat. Although I think he is hilarious and clever when on tv (hignfy etc) we weren't impressed with his live show (and he made a comment to the effect that the tv work paid the bills so he could say what he liked in his own show). Got the impression that he was looking to meet 'laydeez' after the show! Haven't seen the other guy. Going to see dara o'briain tonight, fingers crossed!

Have seen Ross Noble about 6 times and always cry with laughter (and so do all the people around me!)

Ross Noble was just brilliant live! So clever with his improvising and so, so funny. We were crying laughing too, and still talk about his show.
I would definitely recommend RN out of the 2 of them.

Sorry, misunderstood the thread from the title.

Grin at Ineedsomesleep perhaps more of a Friday Night Topic!

Seems as though the general consensus is with Ross Noble so will go for that one. Thanks!

Ross was amazingly funny when we saw him recently. Have a great time.

rdh strikes me as a real woman-hater.
