Hi this has happened to me a few times and I am utterly fed up. It is mainly the Asian sellers that I have experienced this from. Few Items u have purchased from different sellers all describing them as new without tags and when the clothing items arrived they were very much worn to a state were there was alot of wear and tear. Once I reported it. Vinted refused to refund and said its to be sorted with the seller who offered £2 for a £15 dress I bought. And another top which stated new without tags had all the inner arm ripped to shreds. I have wasted so much money on these pathetic fraudsters, whobdescribe the items as brand new but it is not. Why dont vinted do anything about it.
