I have a meeting booked in with someone from the probation service to talk about the victim contact scheme, and wondered if anyone had any advice/things to think about ahead of time.
The only things I know is that I would like to be made aware when the perpetrators are released and would like to give a statement to anyone considering their release to explain the impact of their crimes. But otherwise I really don't know, and was looking to hear other people's experiences of it?
