3 years ago, my daughter came out and said that her step dad was abusing her to my compleat shock... I had a daughter to him she was 4 at the time... I phoned the police and got her safe guarded ASAP... he was arrested, and in that time, after he was let off under investigation, his parents helped him go abroad. He is in the Philippines and found someone else and had another baby... my first question is... when he is charged, will it be easy to get him back to the uk as he's got no intentions of coming back... it's been 3 long years of pure he'll on earth..
The CPS has it the file, but the police officer keeps saying he's got tasks to do made by CPS, then they will get a charge... I'm so angry so much time has passed he's got another child now that's at risk because he's been left alone for 3 yrs

Sadly he may never be charged. The CPS will need more than a child’s allegations to bring charges. What do you mean by the police ‘safeguarded’ her?

Hi, there was evidence in this case... so there's enough to charge... I safe guarded her by getting him arrested...

What sort of extradition treaty do we have with the Phillipines?
