I need some advise urgently.
My husband went into work with this bloke in September who became a close friend. He wanted to started a business company with my husband of which he knew my husband had no money: this guy was the sole person putting money in and was happy doing it at the time. My husband is a multi trader has been for years so knows what he's doing whereas this bloke is more business minded.
However fast forward 6 months and it all fell through no money coming in or if it was coming in I was paying expenses. It wasn't working the point the wholw of this year my husband didn't make a penny.
They ended has ending it all and my husband is now fully employed, the other bloke has a successful business.
Further more this bloke has been threatening my husband saying he owes him money for the things he's paid for and if he don't it could get ugly.
My husband hasn't taken a penny out the work this year as there wasn't any to take yet he was the sole person doing the work.
My husband has told him time and time again he doesn't have the money to pay him.
Now apparently his brother has taken over the debt and he isn't dealing with it and is threatening us left right and centre coming to the house etc non stops texts calls.
I am sick of it. Police is an option but is it going to make matters worse there is 8 brothers!!
