Ive watched the video on this site and the guy is suing the police for tasering him.

He fails to provide a breath sample after being stopped for drunk driving. Two attempts and he fails to be able to blow hard enough.

he claims he has asthma. Medical background check do not substantiate this.

They arrest him, and he becomes non compliant. In his words - he’s not being arrested.

He’s a bulky guy, clearly has a great physique.

Hes given multiple warnings of tasering and asked to calm down.

He’s tasered and cuffed and taken to hospital. He refuses to provide a blood test, on the basis that he’s afraid of needles. this is not substantiated by his recent acupuncture treatments or vaccinations.

The officers around him are incredibly cautious, using space to try and give him some room as a de-escalation measure.

From my perspective, he had multiple opportunities to comply, he’s avoiding the drunk driving charge, he’s non compliant for the arrest and why should officers risk themselves in a fight.

And this is a youth leader for his community.

Honestly, how are the stupid kids supposed to learn from idiots like this.

Thank goodness the female officer who discharge the officer was exonerated by the judge.

And as for the Guardian, it exemplifies why it’s a race baiting shit stirring rag. Daily damaging our society.
