Some of you may remember I caught my bf out with his secret Snapchat accounts.. I ended the relationship immediately... few things have occurred over the last few weeks ... 1) I have had him removed from the tenancy agreement the house is now solely in my name.
2) he has refused to give me back my phone ( I have proof of purchase)
3) refusing to give me back the keys
4) turning up while I'm out at work or with the kids and helping himself to electrical items such as TVs sound system etc .. ( these are mine and I have receipts)

Where the hell do i stand.. this cannot be legal surely???

Report a crime of theft to the police. Tell him you are doing so. Hopefully he'll return them to save you the trouble. It's theft. Don't stand by and feel sorry for yourself - act.

Change the locks and call the police. Get a ring camera for inside the door.
