(Almost) worst for crime in the whole country?!

I live in Middlesbrough, and a friend showed me a crime ranking website that says it's the 4th worst plae in England! I knew it wasn't perfect, but surely it can't be that bad... Or do I need to start house hunting elsewhere?

Click here for the site. Does it look right for where you live, or should I disregard it? How does it say you rank? (Hopefully not top 3! )

Crime - extremely low.
House prices - moderately low.
School performance - average

Sounds about right, & quite decent, but...

Jobs - you're having a laugh. Mostly tourism (seasonal) or shop/ supermarket (zero hours). I wouldn't move here. Can't pay the rent with a pretty view.

I was gonna say sounds like you're ticking all the boxes (and ask for a realtor's number), but there's always a catch!
