I purchased a Wowcher for a bed and mattress in March,£200+.
They arrived a couple of weeks later from a firm in Yorkshire, I’m down south. The bed had missing parts and is made as cheap as chips!! Wowcher have refused a refund because I haven’t returned this ‘bed’. The firm that delivered this ‘bed’ keep promising to pick it up ‘when they’re in the area’. I’m still waiting.
Any advice please? I think this is fraud on the bed company’s part aided by Wowcher!!!
