Should I move?

Hi everyone. So I have a one bed housing association flat, and I’m experiencing a lot of noise, drugs problems from the neighbour above, all I can smell is weed and his loud music early hours of the morning. He is in his mid 40s and has made a comment about me being “attractive” which I thought was odd, I’m a 22 year old female on my own. He has come to my door asking for tobacco etc whilst smoking a joint, boasting about violence, it goes on. I’m escaping domestic abuse myself so I find the whole situation a bit worrying. The neighbour above him is moving because he has had racist remarks and ongoing issues with verbal abuse etc. I have only been here since July. I have spoken to my housing who are doing an ongoing investigation, but we all know that’s a lengthy process. I have a lovely flat and I’m lucky that I have a nice little garden too, which is unfortunately shared with him too... should I move?

It would be a shame to move if otherwise you would be happy there. I would go back to the housing asking them to ensure you have enough security on your home including a spyhole on yr door so u dont have to answer . I would put every thing in writing to them also and keep all communication . Also report everything to the police thats scary/intimidating . Also keep on their case with regards the investigation font let them drag it out . Oh and i nearly forgot put it in writing that u a fleeing domestic abuse and how this behaviour now makes u feel. Keep everything and people's names
