TW (child sexual abuse) Arresting pregnant women/non mol

My partner and I obtained a non molestation order against his ex.

Over a year of stalking, harassment, thieving and even following our children around taking photos of them and distributing them around.

Shes due to be arrested for breaching, statements and evidence have been given over to the police.

Someone who knows about the case said shes announced a pregnancy.

Is she going to be able to use it to get out of this?

I will be so angry if that's the case.

We self represented, our evidence was presented perfectly and everything we asked for including a significant zonal exclusion. Order was granted for 12 months. Surely it's not as simple as getting knocked up and skipping off?

Also, I know a lot of her connections from childhood. The people shes forwarding these pictures to are dodgy characters and the thought of them having my kids school (shes took pics in school uniform etc) and locations terrifies me. One of her friends actually raped my friend and another I recently had sight of evidence linking him to the gang raping of another friend when we were 7.
