Why is nothing done to stop the violence in South-Africa ?

I have just read about that couple, the pregnant mother got hacked to death, that little girl who got kidnapped but thankfully released a day after, the murders, the rapes (45000 last year alone). My heart breaks for South-Africa.

I agree OP. I am originally from South Africa and it is horrific. 21 000 murders last year. That's not even touching the other crimes. Something needs to be done.
