I call it an anniversary because I can't think of what else to call it.
2 years ago my husband was raped, today is the anniversary of it. He has been is a bad mood for a few weeks and I put it down to that mostly.
However today he seems completely obvious. Last year we did a kind of positive he made it, he survived it celebration (at his request).
So I don't know whether to say hey you ok with today or just totally leave it and let him get on...I am a bit stuck as to know how best to support him and I am perioding and being all weepy.
Any advice greatly recieved xx

Is he getting support? There are some organisations that specifically support male survivors of rape.

Also this website (set up by a group of women) might have some useful resources and self care tips See warriorwoman.blog/useful-resources/
