Criminal injuries compensation

Has anyone on here ever received criminal injuries compensation from CICA? If so, how long after you accepted your offer did you receive your pay out? I accepted my offer 2 weeks ago but still nothing.

Sorry to hear you've been the victim of a crime, OP.

I made a claim successfully but this was years ago. IIRC it took a good few weeks to come through. Maybe a couple of months.

Anyone here had more recent experience who might be able to help the OP?

Thanks for replying. Was previously in an abusive relationship. Just wasn't really sure how long it would take. Really just want to put this all behind me.
