In a bit of shock I think. Was out walking with DS (5months) and the dog and walked past this man. The dog was lagging behind so I turned around and he just had his knob out playing with it!!! I was so shocked! I just turned around and walked really quickly and turned so I was on a main road! He then carried on walking the other way.

Now I'm back home I'm sat regretting why I didn't say anything! Shout at him, take a picture, anything! I was just so shocked I just pretended like I didn't see anything! Like I was the one out of order for looking!!

Bloody Hell! How awful. Make sure to report it to the police x x

PonderLand · 19/09/2018 11:50

That is disgusting, I hope you're okay. Report it to the police, maybe they've dealt with the man before or have an idea who it is.

HollowTalk · 19/09/2018 11:50

Horrible man. Make sure it's reported. Who the hell do they think they are - and getting off on your response too. Bastards.

Florries · 19/09/2018 11:51

I can't remember what he looks like, he was just a man, maybe in his 40's, darkish hair and I think glasses but I honestly can't remember they could have been sunglasses now come to think of it - I didn't really look at him, just at what he was doing... I wouldn't be able to give a proper description. Do you think I should still report?

Of course report or he could do this to a school child or worse! People with form for things like this are more likely to commit more serious crimes and maybe hiding god knows

Dumbledoresgirl · 19/09/2018 11:54

Yes, I think you should. You just gave us a decent enough description. And even with no description, I think the police need to know. You know where he was hanging out for starters. If it was in an area where children are likely to be, I think it is even more worth telling the police.

JuliaJaynes9 · 19/09/2018 11:54

Absolutely definitely report it
give them as much information as you can, this man is a sex offender in all likelihood he will have committed other offences
if everyone reports him then there is a chance that the police will be able to build up a picture and catch him.

Aprilshowersnowastorm · 19/09/2018 11:54

Def report it, kids could pass him anytime!! Police may have cctv nearby .

BrokenFlipflop · 19/09/2018 11:55

You have to report it. He's probably done it before and the police may already have his details. Even if you can't give a full description it'll still be useful info I'm sure.

Florries · 19/09/2018 11:56

Of course, you're right. I will ring them now and update.

It's a pretty risky thing for the flasher to do
I mean there's a good chance that the person you flash at will pull out their phone take a picture of you and send it out straight to the local police

SendYouUpInFlames · 19/09/2018 11:57

Yes report. This is pick up time for half day nursery kids.

Report now. What a scumbag.

Sorry this happened to you OP

You never know how you'll react when something like that happens. I was walking my dog alone, came past some bushes and there he was , stroking himself ! I said ' Oh for Gods sake!' Then walked on a bit and got angry, so I turned around and said ' you sad bastard!' And disappeared in a hurry!
Reported it to the police as it was near a school, and I went to the station and looked at some identikits, but nothing happened after that 😐
