Just posted this on another thread. I'm a single mother. Father's not around. Before I had my child I was raped. I have a video confession to the rape and would like justice. Would social services get involved with me and my daughter if I pursue this? Please help

Social services would only get involved if there is any element of the situation that out your child at risk.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Are you going to report it to the police?

That should say 'put your child at risk'
