Not surw if this is the right place to post this, but here we go.
At the end of last year my ex-partner left a court hearing for DV (againts me) with a conditional discharge and an order to pay a £20 victim surcharge. I have only just found this out but know for sure I haven't recoeved such a payment, should it have come straight to me? Is there a certain way I should/could have claimed it? If it makes a difference my new address is not widely known, so unsire if the necesary authoritites would be able to pass a letter, but they all have other contact details for me
