Husband started growing weed

Hello everyone, husband started growing weed few weeks ago. I wanted to divorce him before for a long time. I'm thinking about calling the police about the weed. Would I be in trouble as well? What would happen to him? Can I use that as "excuse" for divorce? Thanks you

You don't need an excuse for a divorce - go and see a solicitor about the realities of dividing up everything between you and your DH, you can tell him you're divorcing him when you're ready to. Do inform the police that he's growing weed in your house. If you're the one that reports it you're not enabling it.
