I am confused at what I can call it? 2 years ago, I had a party and I stayed up all night until everyone or more or less everyone left. At about half 7 in the morning I was still I little drunk so I went to bed and a guy came upstairs to me. I can't remember how it started but I ended up with no pants on and he penatrated me. I tried pushing him off but I didn't say no, I finally said I didn't want it and after a couple of minutes he finally stoped. Was it rape or not?
