Man in a hedge..

The school run for DD1 leads me behind our local council building. Just beside it now resides 4 huge new homes all with driveways and reasonable gardens.

There's a solid hedge in between the last house and the council car park, kind of a natural border.

On the way home with DD1 and DD2 (3 months old in pushchair) a man who was walking slightly ahead of me literally jumps into said bush.

When I get to him, he's on his hands and knees looking for something. Lifting up the leaves, pushing back branches etc.

He sees me and another random passer-by looking at him and he jumps up and runs off.

Was tempted to look in there but had the girls with me.

Should I have reported it?

How many people just jump into hedges these days?

He was probably mentally ill.

Or, last night he stabbed someone and was looking for the knife...he threw it in the bush. :D

Unfortunately you can't report people for acting a bit weird.
