When you say adult themes, can you elaborate a bit more? I love psychological thrillers but I don't want to read a bonkbuster.

Probably not for you then. There's a lot a sexual content, some non-consensual, and there is emotional and physical abuse. There's also a happy ending!!

Yeah that's definitely not my cup of tea. I'm not into reading about rape.

Its very common in DR/pitch black romance - obviously not for everyone but there is a huge fan base for books like that

75 thousand sounds perfect for your genre. Is there really nowhere you could pad out and expand?

Maybe you could ask your readers where they wouldve liked to have lingered, or if there was anything that piqued their interest but felt a bit rushed?
