Online sharing and archiving suggestions, please

I belong to a writing group that meets fortnightly. We share our work by reading it aloud. Some members have significant hearing loss, so this doesn't work well for them, even though we have a mic; and it's not ideal for critiquing. In lockdown, we shared work on email, leading to a jumble of threads and attachments, but with the advantage of being able to look at others' work closely - and to return to it. The idea of an anthology has been floated, and it has been suggested that an online archive of work would aid selection. I wondered how other groups operate, and whether anyone has suggestions for ways of online sharing and archiving that might be useful.

Cheapest is if you have a shared one drive. If someone has a one drive then they can send everyone a link to that specific folder and people can upload their stories to it.
