How do you all deal with it? I’ve just embarked on a wave of sending stuff out so am looking for advice as I gird my loins!

Rejection is a rite of passage for authors so think of it as a badge of honour. And remember how many rejection letters JK Rowling got! Even established authors still have book ideas rejected by their publishers, the only difference is they haven't had to write it first.
