Recommendations for books on writing?

I’m looking for recommendations for books on creative writing, especially those which focus on novel structure. I’m interested in all genres, writing YA and literary fiction myself. Have you read any that you’d recommend? Thanks for any tips!

“Bird by Bird” by Anne Lamott, and “On Writing” by Stephen King.

Save the Cat is the best book I've read about writing. It's on Amazon Kindle and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Waste no time!

Agree with Bird by Bird and Stephen King, also Save the Cat Writes a Novel.

I recommend How Not to Write a Novel by Sandra Newman and Howard Mittelmark (it's the one with the kitten on the front - there's another book with the same title by someone else which isn't much good).

And if you're doing NaNoWriMo, you neeeed No Plot? No Problem! by Chris Baty.

If you are in to YA fiction then Philip Pullman of Dark Materials fame has a book of essays on writing.
