I've been lurking on this thread for a while and wondered if anyone had come across any interesting resources about genre writing?

I'm working on a romance novel and would love any recommendations that cover the romance genre/tropes etc. I'm aware of things like The Writing Gals (fantastic) but they seem to focus on clean/sweet romance.

Would love to know any other gems you've come across.

▪️Some of the videos from the 20booksto50k Vegas Conference on YouTube, particularly Brian Meeks Maximum Blurbification one and Dean Wesley Smith Writing into the Dark

Other helpful things / places:

▪️Reddit, mainly r/eroticauthors and r/romanceauthors.
▪️If you have any friends who are romance authors and can invite you in, then Dirty Discourse forum.
