Research question - anyone able to help?

Would anyone be able to help me with a research question?

My WIP is set partly during the UK March lockdown, and of the characters in my WIP spends part of this time as an inpatient in a mental health ward.

Does anyone know if his immediate family would have been able to visit him during lockdown? The character is an adult, mentally unwell but physically healthy (so there's no question about end-of-life visits). He and his family live in England.

I don't know, sorry, but judging by the amount of answers so far, you might do better to put this thread on the mental health threads. Or phone a mental hospital?
