Short writing prompts/guided exercises

Hi everyone,
I have always loved writing and find it great for my mental health. I write for fun, for myself, mostly when I get an idea. I like to write flash fiction/short stories and also like to free-write, journal, and use writing prompts. I most definitely prefer writing shorter pieces to novels since I don't write every day and wouldn't have the patience and commitment for a novel!

I have found writing prompts helpful in the past when I want to write but don't know what to write. A few years ago I was in a university course about plays and our workbook had very guided instructions on exactly what the characters should do next, which I found really helpful.
I recently completed a set of 365 writing prompts online (the idea was to do one every day but I was a bit sporadic). Does anyone know of a good resource for writing prompts and/or guided writing activities?
Thank you.

You might find this book helpful: www.amazon.co.uk/000-WRITING-PROMPTS-Creative-Exercises/dp/0996715258/ref=sr_1_1?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

You can 'Look Inside' on the Amazon listing and read quite a lot of them free, although after I'd done that, I was so impressed that I decided to buy a copy.

I'm signed up to weekly prompts from Reedsy, you get sent five prompts every Friday (usually themed). You can also see previous prompts on the website.
