I've just signed up for a ten week creative writing course having never written anything creative before! I have always imagined stories, situations and characters but I have never typed them into a document. While extremely excited to create in this way for the first time, I know that my happy bubble could very well burst when I find out my written word is not as exciting as my imagination. Any tips for a total newbie?
