Can anyone recommend a book or online course that looks at the more technical side of creative writing - grammar rules, sentence building, etc, rather than plots and characters?
I’m good with plots and characters but it’s been a long time since school so I’ve forgotten (or never been taught) the rest.
I’m a bit stuck on my novel - I know what’s happening but I don’t think I’m communicating the details effectively. I like a set of rules to work to!
