Do you think it's a good idea to reveal all the twists and turns, and the ending, in the synopsis you are sending to agents?

Yes, absolutely. You are required to. It’s an entirely different thing to a back-cover blurb whose function is to provoke interest. Your synopsis needs to give as much information about the plot, characters, setting etc as possible.
