British lectures

Hi, I'm just starting out, have only written one chapter to date as researching the writing aspect.
I've seen so many American lectures/ videos on youtube, but don't seem to find anything for the UK.
I know the guidance and info will probably be the same, but I keep hearing that legal issues are different in the UK for memoir, can anyone suggest who to look at, please.
