Does anyone have any experience with them?

No personal experience here, but from what I’ve read I’d be very cautious. They’re essentially a vanity publisher, working on a ‘shared costs model’, which means the writer has to stump up all or most of the costs of publication, in return for a bigger share of the profits. Trouble is, they’re unlikely to do much - if any - marketing and distribution of the book so any sales will be from your own promotion.
Honestly, if you haven’t had any luck with the traditional route, or don’t want it for some reason, I would choose self-publishing over this kind of model. At least then you retain full control of every aspect of the process, and the initial costs will be much lower.
