I have been offered a contract with an agent. Yay! Really thrilled.
I got the paperwork through this week, and I am just wondering, do I need to get it checked by anyone else? I have heard it's useful to use the Society of Authors for this - only I'm not a member, and it will cost me £100 plus to join. The agency is reputable - they are well known, well established and members of the Association of Authors' Agents.
Any advice? Thank you
